• Greets and handle customers enquires through multi-channels including counter service live chat, emails & calls regarding travel issues
• Handle servicing issues, feedback, complaints including investigations and communication with relevant parties
• Perform general administrative and documentary duties

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 year or above customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken & written English and Chinese
