Gender: AnyKey Responsibilities– Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire truck production, covering materials, labor, overheads, and other expenses.
– Analyze historical data and production processes to predict future costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
– Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure cost targets are met.
– Allocate costs accurately to the correct cost centers.
– Assist in preparing and managing manufacturing project budgets.
– Monitor ongoing projects to ensure cost and budget adherence.
– Perform variance analysis and implement corrective actions for deviations.
– Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
– Identify production bottlenecks and develop strategies for workflow improvements.
– Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
– Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to develop cost-effective production methods.

– Prepare detailed cost reports for senior management, highlighting cost trends, savings opportunities, and areas of concern.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
– Promote a culture of continuous improvement by recommending and implementing new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
– Conduct time studies and process simulations to identify efficiency gains.
– Monitor the impact of process changes on cost and quality, making necessary adjustments.Qualifications**Education**
– Bachelor\’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
– Additional certifications in Cost Engineering, Project Management, or Lean Manufacturing would be an advantage.**Experience**
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
– Experience with fire truck manufacturing or specialized vehicle production is a plus.
– Proven expertise in costing, budgeting, and process optimization.**Skills & Competencies**
– Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing cost structures.
– Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
