If this sounds like you, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The PositionAs a Cost Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, ensuring team members are engaged and motivated
- Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive cost management, ensuring clarity and order by applying the appropriate amount of planning and organizing
- Provide clear goals and prioritization for the team members to ensure effective use of time and resources and build employee motivation
- Organize project team, assign individual responsibilities, develop employees, and determine resource requirements
- Bring an open and proactive leadership approach, a strategic perspective, an ability to create overview from shop floor to director level and a strong customer focus.
QualificationWe realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- Experience within cost controlling from a large capex project
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Understands the relationship between cost, risk and schedule in project execution and supports important decisions throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to determine resource requirements
- Preferable experience with people management
- Academic degree in finance, engineering, project management or similar
- Fluency in English is required, Danish language skills are advantageous
About the departmentYou will join the growing team of API Investment Project Office (IPO) supporting the largest construction projects across the API organisation. IPO consists of five teams where the culture is open, engaged, curious and inclusive.
