– Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
– Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
– Proven record of food costing, portion control, local F&B pricing and market trends and inventory management
– Knowledgeable in menu engineering and waste reduction
– Proficient in MS Office and industry specific ERP software
