Job description: The Cost Control Engineer plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry, particularly in managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of construction projects and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain project cost control systems to track budget and expenditures.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs.
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to project management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.
• Assist in the preparation of change orders and claims management.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial impacts on projects.

Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE construction projects preferably in High Rise projects
