Job description: Working for a multi-national electronics and appliances manufacturer and distributor that has a passion for making life easier for its customers. The firm sells equipment across the full remit of white goods, home and personal electronic devices.About the roleThis role includes developing or utilising tools as well as analytical skills to gain valuable insights for cost management. You’ll also be responsible for analysing operational data to ensure accuracy and transparency across the supply chain department, Being central piece in the supply chain ecosystem you will be heavily involved in managing expenditure and will have significant dealings with internal and external stakeholder to ensure all relevant invoices are accurate.Key responsibilities include:

• Collect, compile, verify and analyse SCM cost associated data and performance indicators for Management to have timely information to making strategic and operational decisions.
• Providing operational performance matrix to support each functional team leaders to promote continuous improvement
• Prepare Management reports in excel and powerpoint
• 3PL Invoice validation as well as cost simulation of tariff tables to promote cost reduction opportunities
• Validate/Update 3PL tariffs and postcodes/zones in TMS
• Performance Management (SCM KPIS, SCM cost, etc)
• Involved in financial planning activties (moving plan, business plan, 3 month cashflow) and SCM tender activities.
• Month-end processes and reporting
• Able to clearly demonstrate analytical results and effectively communicate with stakeholders in AU & Korea

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in a related field
• Advance skill of Excel and Powerpoint required
• 2+ years of experience working in an analytical finance environment.
• Intermediate excel skills with experience utilising BI tools
• Highly developed communication skills
• Confident working with large datasets have experience utilising BI tools to interpret and analyse the data
