Staying true to our values ensures that we consistently deliver positive outcomes for all South Australians.About the roleAs a Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining operational expenditure cost models and frameworks that provide high-quality financial and commercial insights. You’ll work closely with various business units, ensuring that our costing models and processes are robust and aligned with SA Water’s strategic goals.You will be someone with an analytical mind, a good eye for detail and strong data skills. We’re looking for a problem solver with a passion for numbers and financial analysis, someone who’s keen to look after a cost allocation database managed in SAS and be a team player with excellent communication skills.About Business Insights and ExcellenceThe Business Insights and Excellence group drives operational excellence by enabling best business practices, economic pricing, financial management, supply chain management, and Risk Governance & Assurance to support the broader business and partners in delivering reliable, cost-effective, sustainable, and future-focused outcomes.In addition, your responsibilities will include:Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day.You will:
