• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

• Collaborate closely with production teams to track and analyze the use of raw materials and packaging materials on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Standard) to ensure cost-efficiency and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end physical inventory counts to maintain precise inventory records.
• Utilize your skills in Oracle to upload physical counts and manage inventory data in real-time.
• Reconcile inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the supervisor with any additional reports or financial analysis as needed, contributing to overall company success.

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: A degree in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting, with a solid understanding of costing and variance analysis.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word, with hands-on experience using Oracle Accounting and Inventory Systems.
