Apply now and build your career with us!The Cost Accountant is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy to determine/report the consumption cost of Food and Beverage, Country Store and Spa operations by arranging regular stock take.Job Description

• Handle the critical section for month end closing, including journals preparation, stock reconciliation and physical stock count and ensure timely and accurate output
• Prepare a monthly analysis report, including cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and cost control reports
• Review recipe costing based on menu provided by F&B Kitchen team
• Provide support to operation departments, including pricing update and create item codes of point-of-sales and purchase system
• Regularly review the item master list in ERP system to update obsolete and duplicate items and ensure UOM conversions are placed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Director

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or above in relevant academic discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality or clubhouse industry
• Knowledge of food and beverage items
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in inventory management system and cost accounting
