I am are looking for a highly skilled and commercially savvy Management Accountant to join our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in costing and financial accounting, backed by at least 3 years of hands-on experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process for the site.
• Assist in delivering accurate forecasts and management accounts for multiple locations.
• Monitor financial performance, with a focus on variance analysis.
• Collaborate with business partners on key management accounting projects such as material and labor cost analysis, inventory management, etc.
• Drive process improvements while staying informed on the latest accounting standards and regulations.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to assist in decision-making and reporting.
• Implement effective control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide valuable financial insights related to investments and growth initiatives.
• Support audit processes and assist with group-wide ERP system implementations.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and efficient financial system management.

Ideal Candidate:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage pressure.
• Strong technical expertise, with a high level of numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in financial modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Familiar with ERP systems and cost management tools.
