Their team brings deep industry experience and a willingness to get their hands dirty to first understand and then solve customer problems on the groundAbout the Position They’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to help shape the company’s long-term direction and support decision-making as they grow. This role will report directly to the CFO and work closely with senior leadership to guide strategic planning, evaluate new opportunities, and drive initiatives that have a real impact on the businessKey Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define, refine, and communicate the company’s strategic direction.
• Lead the development and maintenance of robust financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate investments, partnerships, and business units.
• Build clear, data-driven business cases to support strategic decisions and high-priority initiatives.
• Track performance against strategic objectives and surface risks or areas for course correction.
• Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform long-term planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product, technology, and operations-to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
• Drive or support critical cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution, with a focus on measurable impact.
• Support M&A, partnership, and expansion efforts through financial due diligence, integration planning, and scenario analysis.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations, reports, and strategic updates for leadership and board stakeholders.

Experience/Requirements

• Experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or business planning.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Clear communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
• Experience in the renewables or technology sectors, nice to have but not essential.
• Familiarity with high-growth companies or scale-ups.
• Understanding of energy markets, SaaS, or operational improvement desirable but but essential.

Remuneration Package

• Salary from €70,000-€110,000 DOE

• Hybrid working
• 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
• Matched pension contribution up to 6%.
