Job description: About the roleAs a Corporate Services Coordinator, you will provide coordination support for the smooth functioning of the divisions’ operations. Represents the department through the management of correspondence, telephone, and personal contacts. Undertakes projects as directed by the Corporate Services management to support Departmental/Corporate initiatives.AccountabilitiesOperational· Liaise on all housing related matters with occupants including, but not limited to, submission of check in inventories upon arrival, submission of check out inventories upon move out / internal transfer / resignation / termination and charging deductions for damaged items ensuring any damage to company accommodation furniture and/or assets are accurately documented and recovered from the occupants, where applicable.· Communicate on housing related staff matters with HR and/or department admins ensuring confidentiality is maintained in communication, where needed.· Liaise with finance/payroll to ensure that both HRA and Non HRA staff are correctly documented.· End to end ownership of correspondence regarding absconding staff including coordination with section heads/senior management for cost center recharge for damaged items.· Raise and track (to completion) work orders in Facilities Management System (FMS) manually for rehire / direct hire staff, liaising with service providers, departments, occupants, ensuring preparation activities are concluded prior to staff occupancy.· Reconciliation of the iFMS data and inventory documents in collaboration with Facilities team to ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.· Respond promptly and appropriately to the occupant enquiries received in Housing Requests generic mailbox, ensuring database is updated for all moves, transfers or bookings.· Generate system reports on waitlist, move out eligibility pre-screening to be reviewed with manager and ensure appropriate correspondence with HR to roll out move-out approval/rejection/waitlist requests.· Review the checkout inventory and accordingly initiate work order in FMS deduction module for facilities team to replace / repair the damaged item.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills.   • Grade 5: High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on role with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.

With a Degree:

  • Grade 5: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

· Excellent command of English language written and spoken.· Ability to work in a cross-culture environment.· Maintain confidentiality and self-discipline.· Should be motivated, responsible, and focused.· Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.· Ability to foster teamwork among team members.· Ability to work under pressure· Valid Qatari or a transferable driving license· Excellent computer skills.
