Job description: We are thrilled to be working with this great client again in search of their corporate services and compliance administrator. Based in Central Auckland, this organisation are well known throughout the accounting and financial services sector for their excellence in customer care and providing the highest level of support to their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a high performing team.About the role:This role will be focused working with several teams throughout the business, providing a high level of administrative support across the business. You will play a key role in managing compliance-related processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting corporate functions. Some of your main duties will include:
- Provide advice to accountants on company, trust, and limited partnership matters as required.
- Develop, update, and maintain templates within the document management system.
- Manage administrative tasks related to corporate services, including record-keeping and correspondence.
- Provide support for policy implementation and staff training on compliance and AML matters.
- Maintain and update compliance records, contracts, AML documentation, and corporate files.
- Metting Minutes and general administration support
About you:Our ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in a similar role, experience working in the professional services or legal industry would be a great advantage. Prior knowledge of AML policies, the companies act and compliance would also be well regarded for this role. As you’ll be working with people throughout different teams across the organisation, excellent communication skills are a must.
