Job description: Corporate Paralegal (IPO)| Top Int’l Law Firm | Hong KongExciting opportunity with a top tier international law firm to join their corporate team. The successful candidate will be supporting legal operations and ensuring management of corporate transactional documentation.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in M&A Transactions and HK IPOs: Support lawyers in managing mergers and acquisitions, as well as Hong Kong IPO processes, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring.
• Legal Document Preparation and Execution: Draft, review, and organize key legal documents such as contracts, agreements, prospectuses, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on corporate and securities laws, regulatory requirements, and market trends to provide insights that support decision-making and legal strategies.
• Team Collaboration and Project Coordination: Work closely with lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless workflow, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion of transactions and legal projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Hong Kong IPOs, with a background in local or international law firms
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong work ethic, well organized with attention to detail, a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
