Responsible for delivering senior advisory services on significant issues and projects, which includes active involvement in negotiations and the drafting of contracts. Offer guidance on legal compliance, assess associated risks, and identify potential legal opportunities.A day in the life of Corporate Legal Affairs Manager:

• Maintain a focus across businesses to ensure comprehensive view of risk.
• Provide expert legal counsel on critical matters and projects, including active participation in negotiations and contract drafting.
• Promote and monitor preventive law programs.
• Contribute actively to both functional and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring legal alignment and risk management.
• Oversee the effective use and maintenance of the Legal Assist platform for streamlined legal support.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end process of contract creation, review, and compliance tracking.
• Design and deliver training sessions on key legal topics to enhance organizational legal literacy.
• Assist in monitoring and following up on litigation matters, ensuring timely updates and strategic input
• Lead compliance-related programs and legal aspects of B2B engagements and other strategic initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful?

• LLB from a recognized university, with a strong academic foundation in legal principles and practice.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant organizational experience, particularly in contract management and legal advisory roles.
• Specialized Legal Knowledge: demonstrated expertise in key regulatory domains, including:

1. Food Laws
2. Environmental Laws
3. Labor Laws
