Partners are very well known in the market with good reputations making for an enjoyable working environment. Associates are encouraged to collaborate and are given tools to build their own practice and the firm is a strong believer of organic growth and developing people internally with very high retention rate and promotion to partnership.The team advises on financial institutions, publicly listed and private companies, asset managers and promoters on mergers and acquisitions, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, corporate governance and capital markets.Job requirements:

• Commonwealth qualified lawyer (AUS, HK, NZ, UK)

• 4-8 PQE experience in M&A and corporate matters

• Good academics, with strong training from an international firm ideally

• Good team player, someone willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and support the team

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese language is a bonus.
