Job description: A newly created Corporate Knowledge Lawyer role with one of the top US firms in London. The premier corporate team has seen rapid growth in recent years and as a result is now looking to grow their existing Knowledge team.You will have a broad range of responsibilities, including managing knowhow content, updating model precedents, circulating key messages and updates, preparing client content, supporting training programmes, presenting in sessions and supporting fee-earners with technical queries.Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years PQE with a strong background in private equity and private M&A work. You may be an existing senior PSL, a fee-earner in private practice or an in-house lawyer looking to transition into a Knowledge role. You must be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability and drive to independently take on important projects with minimal supervision.
