Our client is seeking a Corporate Financial Accounting Manager to drive the consolidation and reporting function across a complex multinational group of entities.This is a rare opportunity to work within a large corporate structure with both local and offshore operations, delivering high-quality financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.🔍 About the Role As the Corporate Financial Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring timely, accurate reporting across all group entities. You’ll manage the elimination of intercompany transactions, support external audits, and drive process improvement initiatives—particularly in automation and technology.🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements across the group
• Eliminate intercompany transactions
• Produce regulatory and financial reports for key stakeholders
• Assist and liaise with external auditors
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions
• Improve consolidation processes with a focus on automation
• Ensure compliance with AASB, IFRS, and internal policies
• Communicate effectively across finance teams and group subsidiaries

🎓 Skills and Experience

• 10+ years post-graduate experience in large multinational or corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including consolidation and intercompany eliminations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration experience
• Proficiency in accounting systems and consolidation software
• CPA or ACCA qualified with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
