Job description: Company DescriptionWe are looking for an ambitious Director of Corporate Finance to join the Finance team at Ennismore. This is an exciting role in our growing company and will focus on leading the corporate finance function for Rixos Hospitality entities.Based in Dubai, reporting to the VP Finance, this role will have key responsibilities in the areas of accounting, Tax & TP, financial reporting, planning and analysis as well as project management.At Ennismore we like to think that we do things a little bit differently, we are a small team with big dreams. Working together and delivering what we say we will is really important to us.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Lead Corporate Finance Operations: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Treasury functions.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local regulations, IFRS, and Group policies.
• Implement Financial Controls: Establish and enforce key controls in line with Group standards.
• Audit Management: Work with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth audits and deliver actionable outcomes.
• Tax & Government Relations: Manage relationships with tax authorities and governmental bodies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the corporate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide monthly, quarterly, annual reports and respond to information requests from stakeholders.
• Business Analysis Support: Provide financial modeling and analysis in support of new business, cost savings.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Chartered/certified accounting is preferred10+ years of progressive experience in Finance.2 to 5 years-experience as Director of Finance.At least 5 years in a large international company with multi-entity responsibility.Experience in the Hospitality industry or with an Audit firm is preferred.Strong understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, and analysis. Knowledge of local and international financial laws and tax implications.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at various organizational levels.Hands-on, proactive, self-starter with a continuous drive to improve processes, systems, and performance.Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of computerized database financial management applications.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
