Job description: Despite having one of the strongest white-collar defence and fraud investigations practices in the US, and a top-notch UK civil fraud practice, the London corporate crime offering at this US law firm is a tad bonsai relative to the size of its wider disputes team.Periodically, the firm has found that the extra-jurisdictional nature of US law (and US regulators) has thrown out significant opportunities, in investigations and fraud defence which it has not always been able to fully exploit in Europe.
