We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Corporate Business Systems Manager to join Bolton Clarke and lead the effective management of our corporate business systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring systems such as finance, payroll, HR, risk, and compliance are running smoothly, reliably supporting the delivery of our corporate services across the organisation.Key Activities:

  • Lead and support a high-performing team of Systems Analysts, including performance management and workload planning.
  • Forecast and coordinate the team’s work based on business needs and project pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand upcoming needs and system improvements.
  • Oversee system-related projects from planning through to production handover.
  • Drive continuous service improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure external partners meet service expectations.
  • Monitor system availability and performance in alignment with SLAs.
  • Ensure systems are secure, with accurate data and appropriate permissions.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and testing teams to deliver high-quality system upgrades.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information & Communications Technology or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL and/or project management certifications highly regarded
  • Proven experience managing teams and business-critical applications in large organisations.
  • Strong vendor management skills and understanding of integration and release practices.
  • Clear and confident communicator, capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in aged care or regulated sectors (beneficial but not essential).
