- Enable the delivery of effective security, fire and life safety protocols;
- Lead crisis management preparation, implementation and recovery processes.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALThe candidate will:
- Lead the team to define the physical security requirements for India offices based on risk and threat analysis.
- Establish proportionate security standards and procedures to as far as possible mitigate against identified risks.
- Provide managerial oversight of guarding teams to ensure high levels of proficiency and prompt and effective response to security and safety incidents.
- Oversee the effective deployment and maintenance of on-site security systems to ensure delivery of safe and secure work environments.
- Develop training and drilling programs across the guarding team and help in the assessment of individual and SOP proficiency.
- Have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards.
- Prepare and manage annual operational goals and objectives which align with the OGS mission statement.
- Support the collection, visualization and analysis of security data to understand risk and performance, and facilitate data driven decision making.
- Work closely with the OGS Crisis Management Center (CMC) to ensure operational coordination and effective delivery of incident management for critical events across the portfolio.
- Gather and interpret information from various sources and advise relevant stakeholders and assist in preparation and planning of emergency response and business continuity planning.
- Support security solution project delivery for real estate projects.
- Plan and coordinate security requirements for corporate events and executive travel in designated jurisdictions.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external security partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain close working relationships with Vendor partners and engagement with key responsibilities of contract management, service level agreement, audits, compliance checks & background verification.
- Plan and oversee the OGS budget to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations and review financial reports for governance and control.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Good track record of excellent leadership and strategic management to achieve organizational objectives.
- Proven track record of delivery of solutions in complex / challenging situations.
- Strong analytical and technical ability to develop and maintain resilient risk assessment processes.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience utilizing data and familiarity with data visualization and analytics software, e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, SQL
- Professional degree/accreditation in the field of security will be preferred.

- Regional Office Leadership: Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.
- Chief Operating Officer (COO): Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering – which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics.
