Job description: Job Description:Job Description:Dedicated and experienced regulatory requirement Mgmt.personnel to all governmental regulations in global regions including North America, Asia, EU. This role will work closely customer regulation Tech Fellow, at the same time monitor government publications, to flow down and decompose to cell and module requirement and implement into core documents.Main Responsibilities:

• Keep close communication with Stellantis regulation Tech Fellow, develop and maintain cell and module regulatory requirement lists.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to all regions regulatory requirement in performance and safety.
• Ensure the most up-to-date regulatory requirement lists to be included in proper sourcing document and keep track of supplier’s compliance in program execution

Basic Qualifications:

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of product development and/or process development for Lithium Ion Batteries Understanding of energy storage systems and vehicle electrification
• Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, Good communication, problem solving, computer and presentation skills
• Experience with requirements flow and development
• Demonstrated Ability to Work in a Team Environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Equivalent
• Ability to resolve conflicting requirements across multiple organizations
• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
