By working closely with artist management, we aggregate and serve the fans as customers on behalf of, and in the name of, the artist.About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Ticketing Operations, the Ticketing Coordinator plays a vital support role to the Ticketing Operations department. By serving as a process-driven coordinator and strong communicator, you will help ensure the successful execution of the various Presale Ticketing and VIP Experience programs. This is a temporary contract position (full-time hours during contract) to cover a medical leave with the possibility to turn into a permanent position after three months.
Responsibilities
Focused on the coordination of two key areas, you will assist with internal project management of all department programs. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:Customer Service
