The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the department assigned to him/her (logistics, customer service, production or administration, depending on profile). He or she will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective management of activities and communications.Advantages

Coordinate daily activities related to production, logistics or customer serviceLiaise between the various departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing, etc.)Prepare follow-up reports (orders, deliveries, performance, etc.)Resolve operational problems proactivelySupport managers in planning and organising tasksParticipate in internal meetings and follow up actionsQualifications
✅ Qualifications sought-Temporary contract – replacementMinimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in coordinationKnowledge of the food or distribution sector (an asset)Excellent organisational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage prioritiesBilingual (French/English), spoken and writtenProficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Outlook, ERP, etc.)Summary
