Job description: We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team at the Club Hotel, Chinchilla!As a Chef, you will assist in maintaining an efficient kitchen operation, ensuring all meals are high-quality and prepared promptly. You will utilise a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to create dishes based on a seasonal menu, practice effective stock rotation, and minimise waste.The following skills, behaviours, and qualifications are essential:
Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher.
Proven kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and training abilities, with a talent for motivating teams.
Flexibility to work various hospitality hours.
Skilled in conflict management, maintaining composure under pressure, and thriving in an unsupervised setting.
Minimum of 3-Years industry experience is required.Why join us:
