WindshieldHUB is a fast-growing, tech-enabled service company delivering on-demand auto glass repair and replacement services across the U.S. With multiple departments, brands, and expanding operations, we are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Controller / Finance Manager to join our team and help us manage, analyze, and optimize all financial activity across the organization.Role Overview
You will be responsible for tracking every dollar in and out of the business, preparing accurate weekly reports, managing budgets across departments, and providing visibility into financial performance. This is a hands-on finance leadership role ideal for someone who can roll up their sleeves while also thinking strategically.Key Responsibilities

• Own all financial tracking: revenue, payroll, expenses, refunds, vendor payments, and ad spend
• Prepare weekly and monthly P&L reports with deep visibility by department and brand
• Monitor ROAS, cost per order, profitability per source, and labor efficiency
• Work closely with the CEO to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies
• Maintain and update financial dashboards, forecasts, and budgets
• Coordinate with the external CPA and tax advisors
• Review and process payment requests and expense reimbursements
• Ensure proper financial documentation, categorization, and reconciliation
• Oversee Stripe, payroll systems (Gusto/Justworks), and financial tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or Controller role
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiar with multi-brand or multi-departmental financial reporting
• Experience working with US-based companies is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
