Be part of our ongoing success story!Job DescriptionTo support Controlling for the Area Northern & Latin America (NAMLAM), we are looking for a Controller with the following key tasks & responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of controlling standards and continuously improve processes within the Business Area. * Strategic SupportAssist with Area reporting, including budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly actuals, as well as turnaround and business plans. * Data AnalysisPrepare ad-hoc analyses via Power BI and regularly update reports to provide valuable insights. * Workflow ManagementMaintain credit note and credit limit approval workflows to ensure smooth operations. * Valuation ExpertiseValue inventories and accounts receivables in compliance with guidelines using standard tools (e.g., used and new inventories valuation, site and slow-movers analyses, CCM). * System DevelopmentContribute to the roll-out, support, and further development of controlling systems and tools (especially Cockpit, Tagetik, CCM, and SAP). * Training and SupportSupport controlling training programs within the Area and assist the countries in enhancing their controlling capabilities. * CollaborationCoordinate with central functional departments, especially with Corporate Controlling, to ensure alignment and efficiency. * Compliance and ImprovementExecute regular reviews to ensure compliance with standards (especially regarding receivables/CCM) and continuously improve processes.Qualifications
