We’re a company committed to making a positive difference.He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the RoleJoin Watercare’s Programme Delivery team as a Contracts Performance Manager!Reporting the Forward Works Manager, this role is responsible for the administration, execution and operationalising of Framework Agreements for all Capital Delivery panel members. The role ensures that Watercare and panel participants meet their contractual obligations and proactively address operational issues arising from these agreements.You will be working closely with the Commercial Manager and broader stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive team that supports contract governance, compliance, and performance monitoring.Success in this role will be demonstrated through:
- Effective contract administration, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Proactive performance assessment and enhancement of panel participants.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About youTo be successful in this role, your background will include:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the infrastructure industry.
- At least 5 years’ experience in contract management and programme delivery.
- Strong contract administration skills, including compliance tracking and documentation.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes and governance structures.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Ideally you will have experience in the water sector and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, although that is not essential.
