Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.Job Scope:Contract Manager – Focuses on retention and strengthening a portfolio of strategic Customer relationships to drive business growth and development. Lead point of contact for key Customer matters, escalations, and forward forecasting of requirements. Coordinates activities accordingly utilizing organizational resources to develop and implement operational solutions to achieve Customer requirements and deadlines.How will you help us achieve this:Develop a solid and trusting relationship between the assigned Customer portfolio and FLSPrimary escalation conduit, responsible for resolving Customer issues and complaintsDevelop a comprehensive understanding of assigned Customer portfolio requirements, e.g. installation baseDrive the FLS ESG agenda with a focus on new technologiesNegotiate performance-based contracts and maintain ongoing contract terms, conditions, and performanceSQDC performance analytics, reporting, and improvement for contracted items for assigned Customer portfolios (DIFOT, QA, QC)Pricing review, analytics, forecast, and rolling 3-month updatesLed the 180-day forecasting process for contracted items gaining sign-off from assigned Customer portfolio with Central ProcurementOversight and management of the rolling 30-day order placement and execution activitiesPreparation and Presentation of Monthly Reporting SLAs, both F2F and OnlineFacilitation Capital and one-off Proposals and Estimates on behalf of FLSCross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersReview and, where required, facilitate the resolution of Warranty and Service SupportTimely and accurate maintenance of customer portfolio dataWhat you bring:Recent experience as a Contracts ManagerSkilled in stakeholder engagement with a strong customer service attitudeAbility to interpret and comprehend commercial contract terms and conditionsStrong ability to negotiate tactics and planningExperience in a customer-facing order handling, procurement or supply chain execution role in the resources sectorGood understanding of Supply Chain processes and principlesSound understanding of Trade Practice Law and requirements as requiredAbility to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholdersAbility to interpret and comprehend basic financial dataAbility to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projectsAbility to handle conflicts and manage dispute resolutionAbility to build strong internal and external relationshipsDemonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detailGood organization skills that deliver effective planning and housekeeping standards.Strong multitasking and time management skillsWhat we offer:Competitive remuneration package on offerJob security in a volatile market.
