Job description: Working with a well-established, WA-based civil contractor specialising in complex infrastructure including pipelines, water treatment, marine works, and urban development, Core Talent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our clients team.As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for managing subcontracts from award to close-out, ensuring commercial success and compliance and working closely with the Project Manager, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver a high-quality outcome aligned to company and project objectives.Role Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and administer head and subcontract agreements
Process claims, variations, and manage contract registers
Resolve disputes and manage contractual risks
Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance
Build strong client and subcontractor relationships
Report on commercial outcomes, risks, and project status

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or substantial experience performing the role
Demonstrated experience as a contracts administrator on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects ($60M+)
Skilled in head and subcontract negotiation
Confident managing high-value and high-risk contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in contract software and Microsoft Office

Expected salary: $125000 – 145000 per year
