Job description: Working with a well-established, WA-based civil contractor specialising in complex infrastructure including pipelines, water treatment, marine works, and urban development, Core Talent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our clients team.As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for managing subcontracts from award to close-out, ensuring commercial success and compliance and working closely with the Project Manager, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver a high-quality outcome aligned to company and project objectives.Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and administer head and subcontract agreements
• Process claims, variations, and manage contract registers
• Resolve disputes and manage contractual risks
• Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance
• Build strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Report on commercial outcomes, risks, and project status

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or substantial experience performing the role
• Demonstrated experience as a contracts administrator on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects ($60M+)
• Skilled in head and subcontract negotiation
• Confident managing high-value and high-risk contracts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in contract software and Microsoft Office
