Transport has the potential to shape our city for the better – from the streets we live, work and spend time on, to the trains, bus services, cycle and walkways we use every day.Te Whiwhinga mahi – The Opportunity- Contract Manager – Media Partnerships and External RevenueThe PT&AM Commercial and Contracts Management team are responsible for the contract management (including the processing of contract payments, variation management, negotiation of contracts variations, auditing and contract planning).The Contract Manager – Media Partnerships and External Revenue is responsible for ensuring conformance by parties with the Out of Home Media Services Agreement and any other external revenues agreements.The focus of this role ensuring that the partner(s) are compliant with contractual obligations, and that contracts are kept up-to-date and relevant, and that outcomes and the desired value is achieved.Key Tasks include:
- Contractual Relationship Management:Oversee the contractual relationship with selected Media Partners to ensure the delivery of services as per the contract
- Effective Relationship Building:Develop and maintain high-performing working relationships that foster openness and trust, enabling the successful delivery of programs and obligations
- Contract Administration:Administer, negotiate, and update Contract Management Plans with the support of the Media Partnerships and Experience team
- Service Delivery Oversight:Ensure that Media Partners provide services related to street furniture, transport hubs, vehicular-based media, billboards, and promotional activities, as required
- Alignment of Expectations:Collaborate with Media Partners to align on levels of understanding and expectations regarding the full scope of obligations, standards, policies, processes, and the work required to mobilize and embed the contract..
- Value Delivery:Ensure that contract bid commitments are effectively and efficiently delivered by Media Partners to provide value for money and release value from the agreements.
- Reporting and Compliance:Oversee contract schedule reporting activities by identifying process requirements and improvements to ensure compliance, price management, and contract administration
Ko koe tēnei | About you
- A tertiary qualification in commerce, business, law or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a contract management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the provision of advertising and media services.
- Managing Contracts in a political or complex
- Managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
