Job description: Position reports to: Senior Contract Management Specialist Job Overview: Highly motivated, disciplined, hardworking and committed to work. Able to firmly harness and comprehend Company’s policies and procedures in place. Have sound legal knowledge particularly on contract law. Ability to create and maintain good and comprehensive records. Your Work Life: Review contracts, assist in contract negotiations and communication coordination with internal stakeholders. Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders’ communications on behalf of a set/segment of sales representatives/Contract Manager in the Company on contract related topics. Liaise, monitor and follow-up with stakeholders and/or sales representatives for all contractual related communications, negotiations, and feedback in a timely manner. Able to identify and comprehend all issues in contracts being negotiated and comprehensively obtain/describe contractual feedback required from Company’s stakeholders. Maintain and upkeep documentation/record keeping protocols and process of the department. Participating and assisting with external negotiations. Providing and assisting in preparing periodic trainings on contract management to sales representatives in the same department. To perform any other duties assigned. To be considered, you’ll need: Bachelor’s Degree (LLB), Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), communication tools (Outlook e-mail & internet). Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia spoken and written. Other languages are a plus point.
