Gender: AnyKey Responsibilities– Manage the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
– Maintain and update contract records, ensuring all agreements align with regulatory requirements.
– Provide legal support on procurement, vendor agreements, and contract execution.
– Identify risks in contracts and propose mitigating solutions to protect company interests.
– Ensure adherence to corporate governance, contract policies, and applicable legal frameworks.
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract approvals and negotiations.
– Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on contract management best practices.Qualifications and Experience– Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract drafting, legal compliance, and RFP management.
– Strong understanding of corporate law, procurement regulations, and contractual obligations.
– Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents with a high level of accuracy.
– Proficiency in managing contract repositories and compliance tracking.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
– Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and risk assessment skills.Preferred Qualifications– Experience in contract management within the IT or consulting sector.
– Certification in contract management (e.g., CIPS, IACCM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
