Job description: Grade: L1Apply By: Proactive PipelineJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Management Executive to join our team. The Contract Management Executive will be responsible for supporting the contract lifecycle management process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:– Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts.– Maintain contract management databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely contract tracking and reporting.– Monitor contract compliance and performance to ensure obligations are met by all parties.– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and discrepancies.– Support contract negotiations and communicate contract terms to relevant parties.– Ensure all contracts are properly documented, filed, and archived according to company policies.– Assist in the analysis and reporting of contract data and metrics.– Provide general administrative support to the contract management team.Requirements– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).– 1-2 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a similar role.– Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions.– Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.– Effective written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills:– Experience with contract management software or tools.– Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.– Familiarity with project management principles.– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.BenefitsAs one of the leading employers in the country, Jazz epitomizes the philosophy that each Jazz employee is passionately living a better every day inspired and enabled by visionary leadership, a unique professional culture, a flourishing lifestyle, and continuous learning and development.As one of the largest private sector organizations in Pakistan, our objective is to continue to change the lives of our 75 million customers for the better.
