To monitor meter reading and billing department to ensure smooth-running function.
To provide customer service in ensuring prompt & accurate meter reading, to rectify customer complaints and act accordingly.
To compile and monitor monthly regional performance, to analyse and investigate any unusual sales figure.
To generate monthly report such as energy sales report, average age of debtors, no. of customers report & service notification reports.
To monitor and process CD refund.
Clearance of Final Accounts with Debit Balances.
Clearance of Final Accounts with Credit Balances.
Other Recovery Actions.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

To analyze and come up with an action plan on the most appropriate way to recover the long outstanding from FAD accounts.
To analyze MR reports and strategize on how to improve actual read percentage.
To monitor and analyze MT66 report to identify the common cause.
To monitor sales report by tariff to identify wrong billing.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

Degree in Business Management, Accountancy or equivalent.
Able to communicate with subordinates and customers.
Able to work as a team and solve problems together.
Good knowledge in SAP system.
Fast learner and have the initiative to improve on job functions.
Understand Electricity Ordinance, relevant laws and legislation, Company’s PPG and SOP.
