Job description: Location:, ,Salary:CompetitiveType:PermanentMain Industry:Advertiser:Job ID:131514817Posted On:17 January 2025Job Summary:As a part of Boston Scientific’s Global Center of Excellence, you will develop, negotiate, and finalize site agreements and budgets for medical device clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic areas by collaborating with internal key stakeholders and working with external health care institution staff.Key Responsibilities:-Preparation, negotiation, analysis, escalation, and finalization of all site agreements and budgets
-Accelerate negotiations by using budget parameters
-Working with legal stakeholders to negotiate contracts
-Maintain regular communication and escalation to expedite the planning, execution, issue resolution, and management of Site/Investigator agreements.
-Understand Site Activation requirements versus contracting turnaround times to support study site authorizationQualifications:-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum of 1 years Industry experience managing clinical site contracts & budgetsPreferred qualifications:-Demonstrates effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
-Demonstrates the ability to work independently and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues
-Demonstrates the ability to have strong analytical and organizational skills
-Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally
-Demonstrates interpersonal skills demonstrated by being proactive, customer-focused, and independent critical thinker
