About the roleThe Contract and Governance Lead will work to define, establish, and manage contract practices across Corporate Technology. This will include Licensing, Cloud Governance, Risk Management and end-to-end processing of agreements, adhering to internal and external policies. With the uplift in Cloud Governance framework and processes supporting it, including Third Party Risk Management, this role will support the Platform Product Owner to ensure that we adhere to our obligations with suppliers and internal governance to protect our platform operations.What you’ll do

• Implement and perform operational process and procedures, including but not limited to, contract management, Licence and vendor management, forecasting/utilisation tracking, cost optimisation, and operation/delivery financial metrics & reporting
• Work with an array of key Platform stakeholders to embed Cloud Governance, Risk Management, and (FinOps) practices into their day-to-day operations helping accelerate outcomes and process improvements (i.e., cost reduction/optimisation)
• Proactively identify blockers and identify process improvement opportunities to build efficiencies and reduced time to execute outcomes relating to contracts, agreements, and internal governance
• Create self-service and executive level dashboards and reports for licenses, contract management & service utilisation

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience supporting execution of contracts
• 3+ years’ experience with contract management software, and procurement processes
• Experience with technology procurement and governance processes relating to cloud and third-party risk management
• Experience with establishing operating process optimisation initiatives across regulated environments
• Experience with interrogating billing/cost & usage data to create key cost insights and reports/dashboards across Cloud, License, Partner & Operational agreements
