Administers construction and service contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, accurate progress claims, and dispute resolution.Role & Responsibilities:

• Review and manage contract terms and variations.
• Support site teams with contract interpretations and enforcement.
• Track deliverables, milestone payments, and close-out documentation.
• Liaise with legal and commercial teams on claims or deviations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Law or Engineering.
• 5-8 years in contract administration on large infrastructure or mining projects.
• Familiarity with CCDC and FIDIC contracts is an asset
