Job description: Are you a skilled and experienced CI Partner eager to join a fast-growing CDMO?Apply for this position where you will be an important part of developing and ensuring our quality aspiration.Your New RoleThe Continuous Improvement (CI) Partner / Project Manager in QA Drug Substance plays a pivotal role in advancing the department’s quality and efficiency objectives through strategic project leadership.As a vital member of the QA DS CI / Project team, this role spearheads continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes and embracing innovative practices aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.You will act as an ambassador for new technologies and methodologies, ensuring their integration respects cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations. By leading transformative projects, you contribute to the enhancement of operational excellence and supports the department’s commitment to delivering high-quality drug substances.Your primary tasks will be:Be a Project Leader with a CI mindset:

• Lead problem-solving initiatives.
• Analyze workflows and data to develop action plans.
• Contribute to process improvements within the department and across FDBD.
• Execute projects aligned with the service and FDBD strategy, facilitating and leading workshops.

Be Data-Driven and Embrace Industry 4.0 Tools:

• Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance work methods, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Identify key project KPIs and quantify benefits using advanced data analytics.
• Create and maintain dynamic dashboards for real-time decision-making.
• Adopt and champion Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT and AI, to drive innovation.
• Learn and use tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and other data-centric and automation platforms.

Be an Ambassador for Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously improve knowledge in lean management through training.
• Act as a trainer and coach within the department or FDBD as needed (e.g., team training in 5S).
• Ensure adherence to continuous improvement methodologies and oversee the proper functioning of improvement routines within the department.

Your Talent

• Bachelor’s (BA) or master’s degree (MSc) in Manufacturing, Technical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Physical, Chemical or Biological Science, or equivalent
• At least 5 years experiences with Lean and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills in English
• Good collaboration skills in a very dynamic environment
• Great analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
• Experience in QA and GMPs is not a requirement but highly recommended.
