Cost Out Projects: Identifying and leading projects to improve all areas of the plant, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Lean Tools: Training and developing Lean methodology in the plant using Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Yamazumi, VSM, TPM, Daily Management.
Training and Development: Developing and coordinating training for employees.
Gemba Walk: Supporting the culture of “Gemba Walk” in production to engage leaders and employees in the process of finding areas for improvement.
JCMS: Implementing various levels of the Johnson Controls Management System in the plant.
What we look for
A leader with previous experience in an international manufacturing environment in the field of Continuous Improvement/Lean Management.
