Job description: What you will doYou will support the continuous improvement process of both short term and mid-long plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs at the Johnson Controls manufacturing plant in Ráječko.We are looking for enthusiasts in the field of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.Join a great team that collaborates and supports each other 😊How you will do it

• Cost Out Projects: Identifying and leading projects to improve all areas of the plant, increasing efficiency and productivity.
• Lean Tools: Training and developing Lean methodology in the plant using Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Yamazumi, VSM, TPM, Daily Management.
• Training and Development: Developing and coordinating training for employees.
• Gemba Walk: Supporting the culture of “Gemba Walk” in production to engage leaders and employees in the process of finding areas for improvement.
• JCMS: Implementing various levels of the Johnson Controls Management System in the plant.

What we look for

• A leader with previous experience in an international manufacturing environment in the field of Continuous Improvement/Lean Management.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, VSM, Hoshin Kanri, Road Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Skills in project management and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to enforce and implement changes.
• Proficiency in Czech language and English for communication with the global Lean team.
