Job description: We are looking for a bilingual (French and English) Contact Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to business banking customers, answering inquiries related to cash management products, and identifying opportunities to promote products and services. You will be working in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.Position: Contact Centre Representative – Inbound (Bilingual – French and English) III TDJP00054425
Shift: Monday to Friday- 8 am to 8 pm- Scheduled within those hours (8-hour shifts with 30 min lunch, schedule posted 4 weeks out, rotational schedule)
Salary: $30/hour
Location: Markham (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week after initial 1-month onsite training)Advantages

Answering inbound calls from business banking customers and partners.
Handling inquiries related to cash management products.
Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and information.
Promoting products and services and referring customers to appropriate team members.
Completing a broad range of customer service transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.Qualifications
Must be Bilingual (French and English)
Must have strong customer service experience.
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have strong phone etiquette.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Post-secondary education preferred.
Call centre experience is a plus.
Banking experience is a plus.
Technical aptitude is a plus.Summary
