So let’s take on the challenge together.Cheers to dreaming big!What will you be doing:First-level resolution for any consumers’ questions, doubts, and complaintsEnsure consumer satisfaction and loyalty by reviewing and improving consumer experience and contact modelAnalyze insights and consumer feedback and close the loop with consumerGenerate new solutions and action to be shared with all relevant French & Belgian stakeholders from different departmentsDaily maintenance of systems and platformsFollow up on the project, communication issues and initiatives that might impact consumer’s experience and onboardingProviding support and data visibility to other departments (ex.
