This position will prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. It will also occasionally assist with motions, responses, or other pleadings in bankruptcy court.We have a fun, friendly, and flexible work environment. Join us! Compensation:$50,000 – $60,000 yearly Responsibilities:

• Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized so all documents are readily accessible

• Prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, and statements
• Draft motions, responses, and other legal pleadings
• Assist attorneys as needed with case issues

Qualifications:

• Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
• 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Talented communicator and writer

• Must be highly detail-oriented
• Must be a quick learned with an aptitude for new technology and AI tools
