Job description: Our client based in Belfast are looking for a Consumer Advisor to join their teamJob Description:The post holder will act as the first point of contact for customers of the Northern Ireland Consumer Helpline – Consumerline. They will be a member of a contact centre team, which is responsible for the provision of advice to the public on consumer related matters. This post requires clear communication skills. Purpose of Role The Trading Standards Service delivers a front-line public protection function for the benefit of consumers, businesses, and theNorthern Ireland (NI) economy,providing support and guidance for NI’s businesses (particularly small businesses).Essential Criteria:
Desirable skills:
Computer skills including use of word, excel, emails and familiarity of working with figures.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Good interpersonal and team skills.
