Weekly Hours: 40.00Job SummaryResponsible for consulting and providing guidance regarding technical and regulatory issues for laboratories in designated territory. Must also develop relationships in order to build and maintain the client base. Demonstrates patience, kindness, and cooperation with clients and co-workers. May be asked to travel to any laboratory site depending on the needs of the facility and at the discretion of the leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science is required.Prefer five years’ laboratory experience in a hospital or clinic laboratory. Prior customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Must be registered by the American Society of Laboratory Science as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through an approved Health and Human Services (HHS) agency, for example American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
