The OC team services the ANZ market from multiple locations. The role will be responsible for further developing the OC ANZ Delivery portfolio and organisation and ensuring we exceed our business goals and customer expectations.Based in Sydney, to manage teams across Australia and New Zealand, the role will drive customer delight, advocacy and expansion of Oracle Consulting services and solutions.The right candidate will be a seasoned Portfolio Delivery Manager with experience of consulting delivery with management consulting practices, system integrators, software vendors or business partners to drive success of the team, experienced in cementing and forging relationships amongst our existing customers along with the project directors & project managers.This high profile team is instrumental to Oracle’s future and growing successScope of Role

Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Ability to travel as needed.Strong leadership skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Industry experience. Able to develop executive level relationships. Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred. BA/BS preferred. Experience managing staff. Willing to travel regionally.
