• Consulting within Financial Services
• Hybrid, central Dublin

Morgan McKinley has a longstanding relationship with a leading Consultancy firm, who are growing the Financial Services team within Business Consulting. You will work with a range of clients in areas such as Insurance firms, Pillar and International banks. The clients are typically looking at ways to either grow or to reduce costs, with a focus around the Customer facing or Operations environments.As the ideal candidate you will have:

• A number of years either client side within Financial Services, or consulting within Financial Services
• Experience working within an area such as Operations, Strategy, Product or Customer Design
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, gained through presenting to high level client stakeholders as well as working with internal teams

Preferably you will also:

• Have led teams
• Professional qualifications in areas such as Project Management, Agile or Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Be knowledgeable around Business and Process Analysis
