Our Advisory Fees department is looking for someone to assist with processing, collecting, and reconciling Wealth Management Consulting contracts and fee payments.Key Responsibilities

• Processing Wealth Management Consulting Agreements and Retirement Plan Consulting Agreements; working with Commonwealth advisors and various third parties to ensure proper processing of Consulting business
• Providing indispensable customer service via phone and email; responding to inquiries from advisors and others regarding Consulting business
• Resolving discrepancies in Consulting fee payments
• Backing up our in-house Service Center team by answering questions, as well as investigating and resolving escalated issues
• Working with the Transition team to help new advisors transfer their advisory business to Commonwealth
